I was cruising into work, I had just got of the FWY and only work 200 yrds from the off ramp, I was doing about 35 0r 40 in a 45, I got pulled over in my parking lot ... I was like wholly Sh!t, I turned down my music (full sound system) and it wasn't even up loud, rolled down my windows (tinted) and wasn't speeding, so why did he pull me over? He wrote me up for modified exhaust . He saw the wing... Funny thing was I had just put it back on the other day because I didn't like the gouges in the paint the wing had made from the factory... Well tonight it comes back off. I have the full stock exhaust but what a waste of time. It almost makes me want to pull everything off and forget it.... Cali sucks for us with moded cars!!!

How can you get busted for stock exhaust?
The car doesn't come with MUFFLERS!
You have to POINT that out to most of them because they have NO CLUE, they are DUMB.
All you have to do is get out of the car and POINT to the rear, look NO MUFFLERS, no cuts and no new welds...
Yeah they got you, its a fix-it however, just get it writen off by the CHP and be done with it. Reason number 10,005 why I went with the Thermal R&D 3" turbo back exhaust, its QUIETER then stock, ask anybody that has heard it and tonight I got several comments on how QUIET my car was compared to Wes (Mr SRT) and the guy that showed up with the Silver SRT-4.
Its also quieter than Adam's (Godfather) stock exhaust with cut-out closed on a big turbo car.

The exhaust is pimp but the price is like getting pimp slapped 1000 times.

Cops look and say "street racer" I been pulled over 4564568646545 times with the wing on and once with the wing off and that was cause i was racing hotsauze.
oh come oni aint taking the wing off my srt4, evos sti's and some other cars have a big wing like SRT4, but why us??? i've never heard any complaint about it with some of my buddys that own evos and sti's.

Lol no way....Evo's and Suby's fit the perfect profile they're trained to look for! Anything w/ a spoiler or extra flair ( lol @ Office Space ) will get you unwanted attention from the fuzz
spoilers do get you rolled. I've been lucky so far but I know of many that are not. Especially in orange county. OC cops love the wings
Tell me about it. The cops down here are the worst. I have gotten pulled over 4 times in my new skittle. Two for modified exhaust (told them it was stock and they let me go) and the other two i was asked to pop the hood. Fukers piss me off.

I fly under the radar though I do have a loud exhaust, Maxx Fab 3" o2 housing, their DP w/highflow Magnaflow cat and the Mopar exhaust with bottleneck removed. I never get on it in the city cause I don't want to draw attention.
I went from the SRT wing, to the SXT, to wingless, back to the SXT, back to wingless, and as soon as its installed, I will now be running the AVS. Dont let the cops win and discourage you from modding though. Just keep a low profile.
Well, no fucking cop, has the right to write you a ticket or pull you over, just because, we have a legal street sporty car, unless if our ride is been mod or upgraded,think about it then, why does Daymler chrysler,dodge and some other brands ae making and selling cars like this???
