I swear Simi Valley PD is teh
So yesterday I was driving down Cochran here in Simi, I spot 2 Motorcycle officers on the left hand side of the road as I'm going west, I look down at my speed and notice I'm doing about 58mph, so I give the brake a touch and let off the gas and by the time I pass them I'm doing 50mph....
Well I look back and notice they are still just sitting there so I figure I wasn’t going fast enough for them to want to pull me over, so I continue down Cochran to First St and take a right and then get on the 118 fwy east. Feeling spirited I jumped on it from 40-80mph and let off thinking nothing of it. As I signal to get into the lane to exit off Eringer there's a motorcycle cop behind me
he flips on his lights so I pull over....
(Turns out this is one of the cops from the side of the road back on Cochran)
He tells me to turn the car off and step out of the vehicle and to stand by the curb. He proceeds to yell at me asking why I was driving like an idiot and so on and so fourth. Then he says I was evading him
I'm thinking "how was I evading you? You weren’t anywhere near me until I was getting off the freeway?"
He tells me he had to hit 90mph to catch up to me (well no duh I was doing 75-80mph and you probably didn’t get on the freeway until 10-15 sec. after I did)
he then asks me what drugs I am on, to which I reply none, "ok then when was the last time you were on drugs?" never officer....to which I get this BS look from him but whatever I know iv been clean all my life so fuck him. well he sits me on the curb and then 2 other motorcycle officers pull up along with a K-9 unit...(wtf?) the three bike cops were total asshats and one of them mutter "yea these cars sound like shit"
The K-9 officer asks if there is anything in my car, I’m like no go ahead and search it, so he lets his shedding K-9 partner all over my front and back seat and guess what they found
NOTHING what a surprise....
When all is said and done the officer that pulled me over lays into me again how if he was next to me I’d be going to jail for evading...I reply saying sir if I was evading you I could have been and would have been going allot faster then 80mph...
He gives me my liscence, reg, and insurance back and hands me TWO separate citations...one for 60 in a 45 (guilty) and one for 85+ in a 65 (wtf!? I was doing 80 you asshat).....
So now I am faced with a dilemma....
I already have one point on my license so these two together make three which means license is suspended correct? But no I’m going to fight that BS 85+ ticket cus that is some shit....
Anyone know a good lawyer in the Ventura county area?

.... hopefuly it is 4 points though....
i know it sucks, i got popped for going 85+ in simi and i went to trafic school and the ticket was $118.00
