Good Anniversary restaurant around LA?

hey all,

i am in need of some help, quick. I am looking for a nice, comfortable, romantic place to take my gal to eat this weekend. It is our anniversary and wanted some input. please make suggestions of any places you think would be good to eat at. now, please also keep in mind:

- i am NOT rich! please keep restaurants with plates under $30-ish per plate.
- within driving distance of LA. I am at USC, so driving distance is maybe within 30 miles or so.

please, if you can help by tonight/tomorrow. please provide as much info of restaurant/area as you can.

Theres this place out in Augora Hills called Padri's nice lil italian restaurant.... good food, very cozy and romantic.
