FS- Kaminari Carbon Fiber wing

This is a picture from Kaminari's website of the wing. I recently added photos below.

The top of the wing HAD some bad sun bleaching in the clear coat. The under side is great, but the top HAD suffered a bit in the sun......

Name your price.. and we can talk.

The wing goes for $549 retail.

NOTE: I worked it over with rubbing compound and High quality wax with UV block.

it looks exactly like that except the top of the Carbon Fiber had the clear coat faded. The actual Carbon Fiber is fine, just the clear thats messed up. I know it can be fixed, it would take some fine sand paper and taking layer off the clear and then clear coating it again. Or it could be painted all whatever color you would like.

Anyways, I will post pictures from all angles today.

I will have pictures up in about 30 mins...

I wanted to see what type or to what degree the sun fading was and it actually isnt very bad at all. I questioned the damage because a few drops of water had hit the top of the wing and the haze went away which told me it was probably in the few top layers of the clear coat only. The wing just appears to be neglected.

I got my buffer out and some super fine rubbing compound and went to work, 30 mins later it was looking like a different part. Then I used some incredible show wax designed to work with the rubbing compound (both 3M) that has a super strong UV guard and went to work. I am currently letting the 5th coat haze so I can buff it off, and to this point, it is looking brand new. I will post pictures of it from all angles soon...... I would have them now but I have to pick up a battery pack.
