Default Fastest SRT in San Diego?

Ok guys.

We are trying to get a lil competition together to see who has the fastest SRT in San Antonio. It's just for fun and some bragging rights. thier was a lot of talk and of course all the big turbo guys wanted to do highway runs. This is what I thought would be some good rules to figure out who has the fastest skittle in SA.

SA fastest SRT-4 Part III (the sign-up)

As you can see, folks must be scared or something.
