Default F@CK!!!! Car Accident

So Sunday I was driving southbound on Lonehill Ave in Glendora and was just about to pass Auto Center Drive when i noticed a Nissan Frontier vere(sp?) into my lane a bit. I honked the horn and moved onto the sidewalk a little when all of a sudden the Nissan gets hit in the driverside fron fender and then swurves into my car and hits my fender, then leaves a trail of tires rub marks along the side of my car. This freak'n sucks ass!!!

So after the accident I get out of the car and just looked at my baby and was soo pissed off that I didn't feel that my left elbow was all banged up. I also got the side mirror straight to my face and luckily I was wearing sunglasses for that!! I turned it into the body shop yesturday and am awaiting an estimate on the damage. The car ran straight after the accident and did not look like there was any frame damage at all to the vehicle. Even the tow guy said it looked okay to him as he hooked it up.

Well I know you are wondering what caused this... Well it turns out that some asshat in a green civic driving northbound on Lonehill Ave in the left lane(mind you a non-turning lane) decided at about 40mph minimum that he will make an illegal u-turn right as the other car and I started the intersection. He hit the Nissan and they got scared and swerved into me. Just freaking great.

I'll post pictures later of how the car looks.

Thanks guys.

I was really pissed at the fact that the asshat in the civic said he would not make a statement to the police becuase his insurance says not too. Well in the end he got a citation for being an asshat. Retards like him have no business driving a car. They need to drive a bicycle so that way if they make a stupid move they are the only ones with serious damage!!

Sorry I haven't gotten those pics up yet, I swear they will be up soon. I have been fighting with the freak'n insurance company, who know has informed me that the white guy driving the civic might not have enough liability to cover 1 car let alone 2 cars!!!! I am the second vehicle in this matter and was trying to resolve this incident with out getting my insurance involved but it looks as though I need to now. It's either that or I will have to sue the guy's ass for everything in civil court.
Lunchbox, I too have been on here since 2004, sad thing is I have never had an incident this bad and it was totally unavoidable. Sucks the car was just getting started. I do not think that it is a total but we will see when the adjuster comes out for the estimate.

Get your insurance involved to fix your car. Your rates shouldn't go up. But, your Insurance company will do the legwork with the retarded kids company to get their money back.
