well 4 those of u that knw about that damn slut that hit me while i was parked..Her insurance is not going to fix my car cuz they dont respond or answer AAA calls or mail.So now i have to pay 4 it myself and then take that slut to small claims court,or my insurance will go after her but i have 2 pay period and then ill get my money back later....

screw that. dont bother suing her, her insurance is suppose to be the one who deals with it. go after them. notify your insurance, that you were involved in an accident, and that the other person was at fault. insurance compaines are good at getting money from eachother

Its kinda ridiculous that your handling all this. My honda was involved in 4 different accidents and my insurance argued with the people at fault and got all my money to fix my car. State Farm FTW. Good Luck though.

Second what Jerry said on the Insurance doing all the work. Thats their job. Tells those motherfuckers that if they don't handle the situation then you will just move on to another insurance company.
