i know man...i wish i could...but i cant afford it. i built my motor SUPER SUPER cheap. about 900 for a TOTAL rebuild from every bolt, gasket, to moving parts internally...w/ the forged pistons included.
the CP's were already "pre-balanced", and figured stock rods are balanced enough from eachother from dodge to be "safe". so i said fuck it, slapped it in, drove for 1k miles.
3500 miles later, this motor has takin a beating more now than ever. still great.
UDP eh? how you like it? ive contemplated...but ive put so much into my setup, i cant afford any problems...
i was relly thinking of buying a UDP then getting everything but the part the belt spins on coated w/ rubber to keep vibs down...
There's 2 trade offs for the pulley
1 it will make the tranny area more noisy
2 it will allow the engine to rev alot faster
I can't say one bad thing about my UDP
I got it from the same place I got my rebuilt kit from MP.
Just make sure you find someone with a install tool. I spent 105$ for the pulley puller\installer. I love that tool. Don't beat it on with a block of wood and a hammer.
