nothing. a built motor does not give you more hp. might give ya the lost hp you were missing from lost compression, but thats minimal.

the only Aftermarket piece inside my motor are pistons.
stock rods. stock crank. stock bearings.

not even balanced.

you kids in socal have a lot of learning to do...

My car is alot, and I mean alot stronger after my rebuild. The car is a totally different animal then before. Granted, I did a few minor changes since the last time, but damn SON!!! It's alot more angry, and the pops it makes now are fukN retarded. The power can't even be questioned about aftermarket pistons and rods, with a overbore and competition balance.

You really should've balanced your engine. That's the key to longevity.

Changes since last, no balance shafts, UDP, compression up a few tenths. Ported intake and soon to be head.

i know man...i wish i could...but i cant afford it. i built my motor SUPER SUPER cheap. about 900 for a TOTAL rebuild from every bolt, gasket, to moving parts internally...w/ the forged pistons included.

the CP's were already "pre-balanced", and figured stock rods are balanced enough from eachother from dodge to be "safe". so i said fuck it, slapped it in, drove for 1k miles.

3500 miles later, this motor has takin a beating more now than ever. still great.

UDP eh? how you like it? ive contemplated...but ive put so much into my setup, i cant afford any problems...

i was relly thinking of buying a UDP then getting everything but the part the belt spins on coated w/ rubber to keep vibs down...
