thats cus i got dudes in norcal like to be nice 1 minute, then the next start drama.
i got guys that pm me all the time or call or text about my setup, what i do, and what they can do to improve.
then those same people or other guys in norcal run their mouths the chance they get.
i just find it as senseless banter.
i ran for fun. if i NEED to run steves car again, i will friday nite. ill shift at 6k and on 21psi now that i can get boost to run right.
aww cmon mike, dont get mad. its all in fun. i got excuses too. my clutch is burnt out. i cant floor 2nd or 3rd cuz the rpms just start floating around. but its all good cuz my new one is coming in.

i did that race purely for fun. reed and drok both knew before the race that i was only holding 13psi.
and they both knew my tranny wouldnt shift above 6k.
excuses? in a way yes, but in a way no. i ran it as was w/ the problems and sent steve a text 2minutes later congratulating him on a fast ass car.
then he comes and posts up later about me seeing his taillights and all that BS.
im over here congratulating and he's gunna come all twisted. its annoying. and it never seems like someone can do something decent in norcal without giving props.

Yeah, these tranny's are crap, that's for sure.
Mine still gets cranky once in a while but smooths out if I beat it, go figure.
Still, I'm glad to say I've not spent a dime on my car sans maint for over a year now.
And still rippin' with 26MPG avg also.
well. motor is rebuilt. 1350 miles on it. didnt boost till 1000miles.
and for these pst 350mi. ive been beatin the hell out of it.
i now have the 7k rev limit via an SCT tune. and it runs super hard.
just the tranny now took a shit. so im down AGAIN...prolly for another 2months total while i save and buy all new tranny internals.
i believe it to be just the clutch disc (sprung wont shift at 7k), and my syncro/TOB fork (wont go into 3rd, and pops out sometimes).
im not sure w/o opening it up, so im going to replace everything.
dude i dont understand why you get so mad when anyone says the slightest thing to you. you love to talk alot online but when its turned around on you, you get hella defensive thinking the world is out to get you. relax.
