So you weigh what? 150? That's about 200-250 grams that you would need to eat every day. Shit I was eating 300+ when I did a bulk during the winter and went from 188 up to 207 then dropped back down and I'm a lean 200 right now

Maybe you could give me a hand with my tune tonight. Im at home, gonna get the boost source hooked up to my fpr. Im runnin 12.0 afr @ redline w/ fp set at 47psi static. So Im guessing Im gonna have to lower the fp back to 40-42psi with a boost source to get my afr's down a lil.

I have all lower body strength and not a whole lot upper body strenght. Thats what I need to work on.

drok...we'll street tune tonite. w/ NO CARS. i get nervous when u do that shit and slam yur brakes.

and yes, lower it to about 40. use a 1:1

lowest you can go is 38. you may need to now that you have the BNF. we'll see.

ill be home at like 5. gimme a buzz around then.

im all upperbody strength.

my legs are SOOO weak. i never worked them out.

i was able to bench 245 at 140lb...

but i was barely able to squat 135...


i hate hate hate doing legs. and wont until i cycle.

Yeah I suck at upper body.

I played a shit load of soccer (insert beaner joke)

So my whole lower body dominates.

But I want to get more upper body muscle, loss some weight and gain muscle.

But I'm not sure were to start and keep at it. Thats why I want to get a home gym but they are hella expensive...but I want one!
