are you sure the stock 02 sensors are wideband sensors tho?

most stock sensors are just narrowband inwhich can only read like +/- 1 AFR from 14.7

i found a vendor that does a clean up port job for 250-500 depending how deep into it i wana go. thnkin of having them clean everything up, then i finish it up on the head..

oh yeah that reminds me. Mike I stopped my Havoc cycle. Only took it for 2 weeks. I figured I wasn't working out like I wanted to while on it and I couldn't work out when I went to the GFs so I stopped taking it. I'd rather save it and do another cycle when I can put more into it than waste it

I'm not quite sure whether they are narrow or wide but I can just swap the sensor at least instead of getting a full setup. So $60-100 instead of $300 plus for a full wideband set up

As far as port work goes my head ports are fine as big as they are. They are actually pretty big to begin with. It's the valve bowls that I need to work on and clean up. So my job is more of a polish job which we should be able to do easily. It's my intake that needs work. I need to shorten up the runners and then do some porting and clean up everything else. The hard part is I either need a stock one to work on which still goes for like $400+ or I need to find time to let my car sit for like 1 full week OR I just go ahead and buy a short runner intake for about $500 and then sell my stock one for $300-400.

250g of protein is a ton man. especially for my small ass.

doing 120-130g/protein was a pain in the ass enough.

when youre always on the go, its hard to live that 'bodybuilder' diet lfestyle..

this summer tho.
