G'damn, any time you're fighting with someone in a thread, I think of pictures like this of you...and I laugh. If they only knew you in real life.
You've definitely got the lean thing going on...but you do have some muscle, so that's good. Just keep it going. Intake a shit ton of calories and a good amount of protein/water and keep at it.
thanks for the compliment.
i cant gain weight. tons of creatine and intakes of 150g of protein/day doesnt even work!
Anadrol50 didnt even work. i gained 7lb w/ it...and that shits the strongest pill form anabolic i can get hands on...
i got a month to prepare for my new cycle and dieting...im like 140flat right now.
oldd. but still proud of it just kus how lean and fricken cut i was!
if yall think its gay or not, idgaf! straight protein and salad diet. no juice. no supplements aside from 2 protein shakes a day!
130-140lb at that time and was benching 225-245. military pressed 175. which is impressive imo as well.
i would fuck this guy if i were a chick
fwiw, my nuts are about the size of those traps you see up there....

155-160 would be awesome for my height...
I know it seems dim...just saying, the guys I know were skinnier than you, if you can believe it. It took one of them 3-4 years of straight eating right, lifting and protein/weight gainers.
I know fat people complain about being fat and how hard it is to lose weight (when a chemical imbalance is the cause), but skinny people have it hard to. I feel for you...but I also know it isn't impossible, just really, really hard.
I wouldn't dump all that other shit in your body. Creatine? Sure...but only in well controlled cycles. In my picture, I was about to stop my cutting routine to do a creatine cycle to bulk up a bit more. I gained about 10-15lbs of muscle in 4-6 weeks without anything but protein and lifting. I wanted to see if I could gain another 10 with creatine, then cut down to 10-12%.
Personally, I tend to work out the hardest when I have a more experienced gym partner. The last one was a friend of mine who has about 20-25 years in the gym. He also was in a horrible car accident...the doctors basically said he'll never lift again, nor walk. He got his ass out of bed, worked out...and now he's buff as ever and walks perfectly fine. I don't know if you go at it alone in the gym, or at home, but maybe seek out someone who can mentor you and give you the direct support you need? Just a thought.
It's part diet, part workout routine and part mind. If any are out of balance, it tends to spell trouble.

word.
my original work out partner (ryann mckelley for you tracy peeps) and i would go 2x a day. we use to work eachother the fuck out.
so awesome. it was more of a hobby for us more than dragging our feet there type of thing...
miss those days... fuckin dumbell pressing 110lb each arm at 140lb made the local gym guys drop their mouths.
I've bought the total gym ...that thing is badass for cardio/weight style lifting mashed into one. I build fast with it in combination of doing curls with weights. Lost 10lbs and I've been gaining definition... my goal is to be about where I was when I was playing baseball, about 195lbs and toned up
