the latest is...after the cops got in touch with him, he has answered every single phone call. he says that the title was a return to sender, so that went out again yesterday. and we are working out the shipping details yet again. but it looks like ill prolly be flying out there and driving it back.

we have talked and got a different shipping company that is paid for by him, and is on their way to san fran from utah and then back to utah to drop off my car...so we shall see wat this week brings, and if nothing happens then im getting my money back....

Agreed...I bought mine from a guy in Salt Lake City. Flew in, picked it up and drove it home.

the car is suppose to ship out this morning, so we will see....im so fucking over this bullshit...and i still dont have a fucking title! this dude is fucking ridiculous! no one ever deal with this asshole! trust me its not worth an ounce of your time!

If you don't have the title, I doubt you'll get your car. He should have over nighted you that title. Keep us posted.

if you fly out here i can drive you to his house. we will wait until he comes and grab the car,title. Then you can drive it to my house and i will look it over for you to make sure its safe and driveable
