this guy is a scammer! his name his Charles Mullen and he is from South San Francisco, i bought a car from him and now he wont send me the title or send me my car!!!! The shipping company has been to his house numerous times and we have both called him 40+ times and he wont answer or return phone calls! if anyone knows him please tell him to just give me my car or give me my $12,000 check back!!!!!!!!

i call the san fran pd and they said they cant do much, but i can certainly sue the shit outta him and get my money plus more for all the bullshit i've put up with. so thats what im doing tomorrow. so now he will have military lawyers and civilian lawyers after his ass, plus my bank is gonna get involved tomorrow too! so he basically just fucked himself for no reason.

its a certified check from my bank and says funds are for 2005 dodge neon srt-4. so its not like he cant explain why i gave him it, ya know? so if it takes him doing some time or watever to learn not to fuck ppl over than thats what he needs. i have no sympathy for him.
