Default Dodge is giving me a birthday present

So i was driving home Friday night, and noticed that my car was grinding 3rd gear, no matter what i did. all the gears still work, it jsut grinds as it goes into 3rd. So, I took it to the dealership, and the tech reccommended a new transmission. So, they ordered one, and it should be here in about 4 days..... Longest I've ever gone without my baby This is the 2nd time I've gone in for warantee work, and haven't had a single problem. I think i'll continue going to these guys, since the've been treating me right

oh yea, I'm driving a volvo S60 rental not a bad car, but i had to pay for it since my warantee didn't come with rental car I got a huge discount, but still sucks i had to pay.... think i'm gonna return it though.... don't need a car for the next few days anyway....

Damn, I was going to say Dodge gave you two birthday presents...
A donkey punch to the warranty and a dirty sanchez in repair costs.
Cool that it's all covered under warranty.

Since I don't have one I will ask this question. Does the traction device work?

yes, it does.... its squeaks a LOT, adn they need to be greased often. I've heard of binding problems with them too, but haven't experienced that personally. If i had it to do over again, I'd go with the rage bushings instead.
