i would either go with short ram air intake, or go MSD coil and plugs, or a higher flowing fuel pump with injectors, may be a little out of limit, cause pump is about 100 bucks, but could make it work. or a mopar BOV, that is very cheap, so u can get alot for that amount, just check like modernperformance.com or jscspeed.com, or perrinperformance.com, or turboneon,com, check these sites and u can get some prices, with what u have ull have to get something small at first.

MSD coils are POS....stick with stock coil, upgrade wires though....
waste gate are nice but to use them to their full ability you got to get a map clamp to be able to to tune it. get some sold motor mounts... you "feel" the car better and waaaaaaaaaay less wheel hop from launch.
