Default Car Got Some New Toys this Weekend

Well I spent most of the weekend working on the car and installed the following -

Brand New BC ER (double adjustable) Coilovers. These are a tester set that BC sent to me for a reduced price. They came with camber plates both front and rear. Wanted to get them installed before the next time attack (pics below).

Mopar Stage 3 turbo with bigger wheel. Bought this used but turbo had almost no play. Manifold did have a crack which I had to have welded but that is what you need to be prepared for when buying used.

Not sure since they are not yet officially released. Based on what they said the MSRP was, I would guess retail will be in the $2000 range.

A few things -

1) Allows the strut to have more oil which helps to keep it from overheating (similar to having a bigger oil pan)

2) Allows for the adjustment of rebound and compression seperately. This allows for the fine tuning of the suspension based on the track you are running. Most single adjustable coilovers adjust dampening only (basically rebound).

3) This fine tuning benefits not only road racers but I have even read a few articles/threads where drag racers of high powered cars have benefited from the control gained.

The PTP SST V2 turbo had almost no shaft play so it is going to go for sale.

I basically also will be selling one full set of BC Inverts and one set of inserts (valved for a higher spring rate) to go into someone's already existing BC Inverts

Pretty sweet CO's but man.. $2,000.. My guess? they will sell about 2 of these from people on these forums. Nobody is spend that kind of cash on these cars this late in the game. Think about it.. seen the noobs posting up lately? Dudes are bitching about prices of oil changes.
