Default Biggest FMIC ever to go on a PT Cruiser...

Damn that title makes it sound like the fucker is gonna be sticking out of my hood lol. Nah, it's got a 19WX12HX3.5" Core, and it's 24" long overal. Should fit nicely in the front of the car without TOO many modifications lol. All for the whopping price of $189.54 delivered to my door

that's a huge IC for a pt cruiser. being able to tweak things probably saves you $$$ on non vehicle specific things

Definitely...I do all my own fabrication and whatnot, no sense in making a purchase on a pt cruiser specific intercooler for 600 plus dollars when I can do it myself for 1/3 the price.

For sure...during install as well, considering new pistons, a built head, and a one off sheet metal intake manifold are going on at the same time lol. Definitely lots of pics to come!

most likely, it's not going to be that hard for me because i fabricate shit all the time so I see things from a standpoint that most people don't think about lol. Not sure if that's a good thing or bad thing either! There will be pics of every step though, same with all the rest of the stuff I've done to the car

CXRacing aka ebay ftw lol. Nobody makes an intercooler for the pts because they're just not all that popular. AGP made a couple of them but they're fuckin idiots and try to sell shit for 2-3 times what it's worth and nobody bought them so they quit making them. Someone on the pt cruiser boards has been talking about some local company building one for him but that shit's like 13 pages long with no positive outcome as of yet and it's going to be in the 600 dollar price range as well.
