On a MS3, they do make a difference...

All other intakes available would have to be donated by owners or manufacturer for testing. The only other thing would be the price of the dyno and compensation for the test vehicle. What do you guys think?
king of all intakes = autoexe

where in the world did you come up with that assumption?! i would say the total opposite of what you said. on NA cars they dont add that much of a difference. Especially on the MS3 the stock intake box was incredible restrictive. Imagine taking one of those little stirring straws for coffee, you know the ones with the little passages? well that is the MS3 stock intake. Now take a big straw from McDonalds and try drinking from that?? what flows more?? and in a car with a turbo when that turbo spools it is sucking air through the intake at a force that is several times greater than an NA car.

Ive been dealing with turbo cars in the VW scene for 4 years, thats where i came up with my "assumption". I have not once seen an intake on ANY car make 15-20hp, yeah it is better for the car for the fact that its breathing better but i personally have never seen that much gains and just find it hard to believe. Im not new to cars, i know my shit and im just voicing what i think.

Sorry my friend, but the dyno #s are everywere on this forum. Intakes make a very good gain in the ms3.
And a dyno from Injen on a stock MS3 with just an Intake
So, to answer your question... yes I consider adding 20+whp a mod.
