225 45 17 with 17x7.5 +35 with mopar stg1's

my cars lowered on mopar stage 1s stock springs and im picking up wheels that are 17 x 7.5 with a +35 mm offset from wat ive seen on here they should fit no problem without rubbing or anything but the guy at the rim shop is sikein me out so i need your guys' help

There should be no issues there. A local here has 18x8's on his ride and it looks awesome. I'm not sure of his offset though.
