why the hell are they paying 2.50 a gallong and were paying like $5 isn't the price per barrel of oil suposed to be the same no matter what country buys it.

Are you sure it's not per litre? Cuz that would be .62 per litre. A litre is roughly a quart and four quarts is a gallon. Just asking.

*EDIT* It has been confirmed by one of my co-workers that just came back from T.J. 2.50 a gallon.

due to the fact the MEXICO has its own oil company called PEMEX. they are the only gas distributor in the whole mexican nation. also the mexican government regulates the price of gas to keep a nice steady economy. there was an article about it about 3 days ago in the union tribune here in san diego.

and I'm sure they have stringent standards for their gas... I wouldn't fill up there unless it was free....wait, no i wouldn't.

I think Iraq should start paying the US back with barrels of oil.

That's Right Mexico Has Its Own Oil And It Is Sold Per Litros I'll Be Going To Tijuana The 28th And Yes I Do Take My Srt And Run Some Hondas Down There They Have Fast Car Because Remember No Smog But Maybe Now Gas Is Cheaper There Than Here

relax, remember you member we buy there oil and yes they do have cheaper gas but they also have good gas but does cost more i'll see when i get there
