Default Are there still problems with the AEM CAI?

I was going to order my CAI by AEM but the more that I read about the pipe and hood damaging each other I am not sure that I want to go with AEM? Any assurances that this will not happen to me? Thanks.

Why bother? Your original equipment airbox picks up cold air from bottom of fender. You already have a CAI.

there is nothing wrong with the stock air box?

Have we all been lied too?

Is the stock air box 3" with a high flow filter?

Are the whp and wtp gains over stock advertised by manufactures fake?

Does this rule work with the exhaust as well? I mean air does end up coming out the other end should we not bother changing that?

Im just being an a$$, sorry its in my nature. If you dont change to a Cold air for the power and gas millage gains, do it for the loud noise of the turbo spooling.
