Stupid question, is it on backwards? The AEM is a 3" and drops down to the stock turbo size. The whole thing should fit snug when put together properly.

This is all on the assumption you bought it brand new.

i did buy it brand new, the coupler is about 1/2" too big on the intake, it fits perfect on the turbo but not on the intake, its really loose and blows off all the time, i know the stock turbo is 2" and i thought the intake was 2.5" but it might be 3". i just wanna know where to get the coupler at.

Weird? How does it blow off? You have clamps on it right? It's on the intake so there shouldn't be any pressure to blow it off. Although I did at one time find mine loosely connected but I tightend the clamp and all was good. I'd try contacting AEM and see if they can just trade yours out.

yes it is clamped, it just wont stay clamped because its so much bigger than the intake, the clamp just pops off and the intake pops out.
