Your graph makes no sense to me. Is that time on the X axis?
How is it that the speed shows 180? Also could you clarify the locations of the probes.....esp the IAT one....what are you measuring there? Also, BOOST settings should be included in that chart. (depending on what you call IAT)

You can consider the x-axis time dependant.

The secondary y-axis shows speed, which maxed out around 80mph. All other values for temperature use the primary (left) y-axis.

The Intake Air Temperature (IAT) is measured at the OBDII port from inside the car.

The "Near IAT" on the graph is the probe location of the temperature sensor. This sensor was located right by the sensor located nearest the battery. Pre-turbo.

Boost is unnecessary for this type of testing.

One more thing, is there a mistake on the # on the secondary Y axis?

The scale is different from the primary so you follow the temps with the speed out of the way.

Are you saying this car never went into boost?
I have done tremendous monitoring of the IAT ( the one in the charge pipe) and with ~65 outside, under boost that will register well over 80 degrees on the highway, even low 90s.

You are correct in saying boost doesnt matter(turbo car) so the charge pipe will get hot either way,but the underhood temps rise drastically with a 3rd gear pull

Trust me that car was in boost. Here is the Report from the log.

I think so, I used it to monitor the IAT only. The rest were therm. couples.

Conversion kit? WOW!

Nice to see GREAT minds think a like.

You guys should make a cover that mounts under the positive terminal.

I have been in some bad rain and have put over 5k miles on my SRT with the AEM SRI converted to a CAI with no issues. I love my AEM!

AEM has made this type of conversion before, but has never made it to market. I know a certain other company *cough* Injen *cough* that has been doing it for years. Since neccissity is the mother of invention, I give him his props.

Its just not fair to all the people that already have the SRS and now have modified their SRT-4 even more and aren't able to take advantage of the CAS gains. We have to address that issue as well.

Looks like the Conversion with the splash shield will run between $115-130.
