Unfortunately not, but the lowest part of the filter sits around 1.5" from the the new splash guard.

If you are reffering to pipe diameter, yes. The lower pipe is also 3.0"

Now that everything is turned in and ready for production, I'm gonna try and get some release dates for the CAS and the CAS upgrade.
