thats all i have to say...it doesnt fit

i give up honestly i do.....my car is either has a demon in it and nothing aftermarket wants to work properly or something is seiously wrong

i got home around 6pm...took out the old intake...took around 1/2 hr...jacking up car, taking out tire, and fender liner etc etc ...ok not bad took a break for dinner at 6.30 started up again at 7pm

oh yeah the fun begins....it just did not want to line up properly.....the little rubber thing that attaches to the battery tray the pipe didnt want to line up with it...and yes i used the smaller one.....appears that the rubber coupler that attaches to the turbo was too short that is why it would not reach the battery...oh yeah fun fun and more fun

then i said ok well let me try to start with the air filter part 1st....nope didnt want to line up again......the part that attaches to the fender

i have honestly given up.....

AEM Tech and Ky thanks for your help tho really appreciated...but it just doesnt work

and yes i saw Mike C's post his worked fine....

Man are you in the London area anytime?? If so we need to meet up so you can see mine...as I said in the early post it fits 110% perfectly!

Did your pipe comming off the turbo have a rubber piece on it BEFORE you took it out of the box?? If it did not have that rubber piece already in place I would call Ky asap!

Let me know

Man that SUCKS, let me know when you are in the area so you can take a peak at how well mine fits!
Also do the pipes look different compared to your origional unit? The bend around the battery is a good 2+ inches tighter than the first version also the initial pipe is longer than the origional?
