Default Cut the crap... when is the revised intake out?

Look, im in the market for a new intake SOON (1-2 weeks) Ive been hearing that you guys have a new version coming out for weeks upon weeks and yet i dont see it anywhere. When will it be in stock, where will it be in stock, and how do we know if its the new one or not. Thanks

Default End of the month......

Just got off the phone with Ky from AEM. He's saying the end of the month now. Revision 2 is ready, but they still feel it's too close to the hood. They're working on another revision to make it right.

Are you serious?? This is seriously getting out of hand!! I am happy that AEM is fixing the issue but it has been over 3 months now for a lot of people! Do we have the option of sending the intakes back and getting a refund...to be quite honest I sick and tired of waiting and would rather spend the money with another sponsor on the board (Psi-Fi, Iceman, BDJ, etc!)

Let us know AEM I will ship mine out tomorrow...

^^^ werd to big bird on that one...i dont care anymore just give me back my money....last product made from AEM or DC sports that i ever buy thats for sure

2004SRT-4, they have not told us returning it is an option, but as it stands right now with people waiting months for this intake i think they should just give everyone back their money (ill even pay for the shipping) and not have an intake system for the SRT-4 listed on their web site or catalogue

do what they do best make parts for hondas and stick to that shit

According to our rep at Aem late June, the new intakes were to be shipped out to us July 7th-8th for sure.
I called yesterday to check on the cold air intake revisions and they told me they had backed the shipment out to the 23rd or the 30th before they will ship out to warehouses like ourselves.

Its frustrating that we cant have a firm delivery date. But, I deal with these things happening all the time. We know its going to be a quality product, all we can do is wait basically.. Best thing to do now is to just let them know we are anxious to get them and get your preorders in with your favorite vendor. That way, the more orders that Aem has, the faster they will ramp up production for all of us.
