I like it when AEM avoids me and does not contact me back!!!!!!!!!! Even though I contacted them three months ago and was promissed then (three months ago) that I would get my new intake. AEM told me to send my pictures or fax my proof of purchase and I did. Aem then told me that i would be getting my new intake. Well I dont have my new cai yet!!! I didnt here about this new thread until my friend bobby (boostedbobbo) sent it to me. In reading the thread I thought that I would try contacting AEM again since everybody else was getting their intakes and not me. I emailed AEM 3 weeks ago to see what was going on................no response..............I emailed AEM every week after that and no response. Each time I sent an email I also sent them my pics of my proof of purchase.......Whats going on AEM????? I figured since I was not getting intouch with you through email that I would try here...

For those of you that received your new intakes, did you have to give Ky your credit card number before he shipped your new intake?

Well since i bought the CAI a while back I had the same problem. It kept hitting the hood, kept moving etc . After getting the new AEM it fits so much better, even with the DC front strut bar. I dont know why I went with AEM especially when they specialize more with imports. I should have gone with K&N since they deal more with domestics .My friend got the K&N typhoon and it fits so perfect but the new AEM fits really good to. So for those of you that are going to buy CAI make sure you go with the new AEM, or just get an K&N.Oh before I forget, If you want AEM to respond to you just try to find a AEM store around and go directly with them. you should call or look it up, thats what I did and they had to give me a new one.
