I'm gonna wrap it in some paper, throw it in a box, and ship it UPS Ground for 4 dollars. And do you think I will care if they receive it mangled and busted? No. It's already mangled and busted.

Thirdly, if you don't have an AEM CAI, or any AEM product, then you don't belong in this thread voicing your opinion on the help AEM decided to give it's customers. You aren't a customer. Go. Away.

Pardon my jumping in, but you better take a look at your post before calling somebody a troll. The only one trolling this thread so far is you.

Ben,

It's cool....I understand where you guys are coming from. Security. But here is something that may be worth looking into. The guy handling the issues now, I guess someone posted earlier that he now has his CC number and whatnot and will wait until he get's the intake back at AEM...And then he is golden. I think if that is the case, then that is perfectly fine.

Have the person contact Ky. Ky takes their CC info and whatnot, then the person ships their intake back to AEM when a new one is received. This not only helps out some of the younger owners who only have the SRT as their car, and can't afford to pull their intake off for a few days until a new one is received, but it is good for AEM. Point being, there are some jackasses who will turn their CC number in YET STILL sell their old intake. I gaurantee someone will do it. So, a little money for AEM. To me, that is how I would do it but I know you guys are working your hardest. I just don't want to see people FREAK out and then AEM get out of the SRT market.

And Roc, yeah...Anakin is like a SUPER veteran on here. He isn't a troll. He is just trying to make sense of this as I am sure alot of people are.

Good luck with everything everyone...Like I said, too much headache, I am keeping mine. A dremel goes along way.

Kris

Ok wait, from what I'm seeing, more than 90% of your post was completely DICKFACED and BELLIGERENT.

What points were you trying to bring up? Other than try to make AEM appear as a deadbeat business, when in fact, they are more successful than you or your inbred gene pool will ever be?

Let me post this again...

This indicates to me and any other being with some amount of deductive reasoning skills that you do not own any AEM products.
"Not that I'll be buying anything AEM anyways."

Someone please disect this statement for me...I don't understand how this can imply ANYTHING other than this person does not own an AEM product. Sure, it may imply that he owns AEM products and won't be buying any in the future, but alas, he has *'s around anything.

Now on to my next point, a troll. What is a troll? A troll is an idiot named dj-anakin posting material in a thread that is irrelevant to the topic in an effort to harrass AEM and to stir an argumentative, counterproductive response from it's viewers. Yep, that fits. Your explaination for my response is unacceptable.

again, does anyone know if this is onyl SRT-4 intakes? A bunch of people have had similar fitment problems with the neon magnum intakes with rubbing on the fender and such. Josh from AEM told me that none of their intakes were known to have problems and told me that they never get complaints so I must have installed it wrong. Can I get into this too possibly, along wiht the other magnum 2.0 owners?

Default Ummm updates....

So has anyone gotten the updated intakes as of yet?? I thought AEM said they would start shipping them out last week?

AEM can you please provide some type of update seeing as I have now gone 2 months with a paper weight intake sitting in my room...if I had know this was going to take this long I would have suggested an alternative solution.

Let me know

I rec'd an email from Ky Le stating the replacement CAI's would ship around 7/12/04. That was on 7/1/04.

"Hi Larry,
Sorry about the delay but the new intake will not be available untill around the 12th of July. I will save you're email and will contact you when the replacement is available and ready to ship.

Thanks,
Ky Le
AEM / DC SPORTS
310-484-2322 EXT: 203"

His email is kle@aempower.com

Hope that helps.....

Ky is responsible for shipping out all the intakes. If you have received word from him on a specific date, then that's where he has you in the schedule. I applaud everyone's patience while we changed personnel in that department.
