an srt with no intake tube on it will sound like that... there was a thread about it but i can't find it.. get a elbow and put a fine mesh screen over that no filter and your car will sound like that...but your engine won't last
The first video you linked to is running the HKS Racing Type II BOV. You must be running a very high amount of boost with a big turbo to even be able to use the BOV, plus the BOV alone has a retail price of $485.00. This BOV holds up to around 43 PSI.
Second video is using the HKS SSQ. This BOV is cheaper than the Racing Type II and can be used with any size turbo. However, the more boost you run, the louder the BOV is because of air being released.
I swear, my mopar rice plate sounds like that now that im s2 with short ram. Only at high rpm quickshift though. kinda weird....

i noticed that all the cars that have a lot of hp sound like that meaning big turbo....if you check out any evo,supra,skyline and anything in the 700hp range and higher....well their bov's sound like that
