i have a garret t3 turbocharger and something is the mattter with it... i'm 95% positive the oil seal is bad.. i know for a fact everything was set up right..but it kept blowing smoke out the exhaust... its for a 2.0L sohc engine for a neon.. i am looking for people that rebuilds them and a price.. Anybody on here? or any businesses for a good price?
