when you get banned doesnt that mean you cant come back? because i was under the impression that srtdragracing got banned earlier today in order to prevent him from ripping anyone else off in the buy/sell area, yet he is still on here! and im still trying to figure out how to get my money back!

i was told he did from srtgurl, and then he is right back on under the same name. thats ok i hope they let him get on the forums in prison while bubba man handles him lol.

Nothing really, only thing they can do is block his IP.

Did he actually rip anyone else off? It seems that he simply didn't ship according to the terms that he setup with you, but not shipping overnight isn't going to get him criminally prosecuted in any state that I'm aware of. Not to say that he did the right thing.

If he ripped you off - took money and provided nothing.. He's in TX and I can help (legally). Otherwise work with him.

yes he kept 400 dollars from another member, and didnt send a part. also i paid him 50 more dollars for overnight shipping and he shipped ground anyway therefore he took 50 dollars from me and i still havent seen the part.

all i have is a tracking number that says ground, he is ignoring my calls, pm's and everything. and the tracking number says ground, i may not even see the part, but even irregardless to that, if he did send it he kept my 50 dollars for overnight, and kept 400 dollars from another member.

it was bmxfreak. 400 dollars. thats enough to get someone in trouble, and in my eyes so is 50 or 100 for that fact.
