And alot are PFY's who suddenly realise they can't afford payment+insurance+(fill in item here... like school), or who have gotten tickets/fines and are realising the car's going to cost them big time in the long run.

All I know it it makes me wish I had some SERIOUS disposable cash to snatch up a couple.

i'd also factor in the people who got tired of getting beat by a neon, bought a srt-4, and just can't get over the "neon" factor, we've had more then a handfull take this route.....which i tend to find odd, since the neon was the best selling local track car from nearly day 1.

The fact is that a lot of people haven't got a clue what they want so they struggle through life searching for some thrill or excitement to fill that empty void inside.
For Some it's drugs, Some it's food, some it's Sex , Money , fame. we try so hard to be excepte....................................Whoa, Whoa................wait a minute ..................this is way to philosaphical.....

It's probably that most end up not being able to afford it

rephrase, a lot of people get a taste of power and then what to actually be able to put it to the ground, so they get something RWD or AWD.
