Hmmm.. Hard decision.

I would say Evo because I like the way they look better. (Don't really know the performance on either though)

I went from an SRT-4 to an Evo and have no regrets. Off the showroom floor the Evo handles a little better than the STi, makes a little more power than the STi and even costs a little less in most cases. Looks are subjective so you make the call there. I will say however that the STi interior is slightly less spartan than the Evo's.

Once you get the Evo home it's also cheaper and easier to modify. The aftermarket for the 4g63 is unreal. It's been in the US, in one form or another, since 1990. The Evo IX is an even more tunable platform than the Evo VIII because of the larger compressor housing and new MIVEC head.

Neither. 300ZX Twin Turbo ftw. With $1,200 in mods -- you have a reliable, streetable, and way-better-looking than an EVO/STI anyday -- car that runs 12.5s in the quarter all day long

EVO hands down. Better looks, responds better to mods, handles better.

the 06 STi looks like a goddamn transformer.

If I had to do it. EVO all the way.

However, if it was me I would wait for the EVO X. That thing will own all when it comes out.

I vote Evo, but that's just because we can't get them up in Canada.
