Default What mods to buy with $1300 bucks??

Ok so currently i have Stage 2 with turbo toys, and a 3inch TBE, AGP dogbones, Mopar riceplate. I have 1300 to spend on the car what should i get? Was thinking 55mm TB from PTP, Intake, BFMIC, IC pipes, with HKS bov, and some tein springs. what do u think?

if I had your setup and that amount of money I would probably buy the following:

Return line kit
Ptp fuel pump rewire kit
ptp wga
Ptp dfmic
safc neo

Good tune and up the boost! But that's what I would do.

although you would be increasing your airflow a lot with what you listed, youd probably see minimal gains without a turbo upgrade. i would probably say save a little more for a turbo (youre almost there) and go from there

These are a waste...stock intercooler/intake are good for up to 300hp and we all know bov don't gain you any performance. Tein springs are shit they'll blow out your stock struts. I would use the money to buy a nice set of coil overs..that way your cars not only fast in a straight line but also in the twisties.

That portion of your statement is just about as big a Fail as the stock ic. Stock IC = Ditch the stock fmic man and get either a BFMIC or a DFMIC (find one used here on the fs threads). Lower your car so it doesn't look like a 4x4. Buy a wideband so you guy monitor your afr's. That'll put you around eh 900 bucks leftover. You can go with PTP's (johns) SST v2 which I believe is around 6-7 hundred dollars. Then buy a map/tip clamp and possibly a return line or something to supply a bit more fuel. Tune it right and you'll be well into the 300's as a DD
kthx

Can the SS turbo bolt directly onto the stock mani? or should i get the modded mani he sells? is it worth it? ive heard good things about the SS turbo, an people making like 330-350whp, thats stg3 territory their! idk what to do i love the power the STg2 makes, put i want a little more out of it. My ultimate goal for power is to run Low 12's at the track, then after that i am going for rims, suspension and looks after that.

I believe you can/may bolt it to the stock mani, but as you will hear from countless owners on here, it's the stock mani & even the s3r mani that hinders the compressor. Call up john and say Neal sent you. He's a great guy and his customer service is off the hook. I know him personally. I've also heard great things about the E1 & E2 turbo. Brad @ realtune, I believe will be able to hook you up on the 411 on those turbos.

I'm not positive, but isn't the mani and turbine on these cars one piece? Isn't the SST just a larger compressor or different compressor wheel in the same housing and the rest is stock? Sorry if I'm wrong.

the manifold & turbine is one piece, but I believe homeboy was asking if he could just bolt up the sst to the stock manifold.

Oh I think i just misunderstood when you said manifold, was that in reference to the turbine then as the manifold?

Put the money into a C/D for one year, then spend that and the money you made.
