Looks like BS to me. Especially the inside picture. It just looks like two DPDT switches soldered to a board. There's no "Chip" to be seen.

It does have some theory behind it. during then summer it will help out by tricking your computer(adjusting it) the 20hp gains are WAY too high though!!! id say 1-3 WHP at BEST during great conditions., but for an SRT4 or any other FI car it will not work. because it already has a great air cooling system. when winter rolls around.... your car will run like shit(not like terrible, but an un-tuned feeling)
