I am sorry but if I died today I would not want my parents to have full access to my emails. There is alot of stuff in there that may tarnish the way I am remembered. Just what I want my mom looking through her dead sons emails at the thousand of make your dick bigger spams. Privacy is VERY important in the email world. Why did she erase them to begin with? The only onses she should want are the ones pertaining to her right? I am sure her ISP could find those.
Its out of Yahoo!'s league. They can NOT give her access due to the privacy policy.
Its sad, sure. But doesnt change anything if he was killed iraq or in a car accident.

Wonder why she isn't also contacting the Marines and asking for all his NMCI (Navy Marine Corp Intranet) emails too?
Oh, that's right. It's none of her damn business.

the last thing he has to remember his son is an email account? sounds like a really caring father to begin with
and how can you remember someone by reading their email? do any of you actually write emails as if you were talkng or writing an actual letter to someone? i know i dont(unless its a business one, and even then its MORE formal than i usually am IRL)
