What could it be? I need help.

Alrighty, I have a 2004 Dodge SRt-4 with the Mopar Stage 2 upgrade. (Wastegate, Intercooler Sprayer, High octane gas mode, Boost controller, exhaust) Well, my problem is that while I am racing it or I goose it from low RPMs... 4000 and below... It jerks and it feels like it's missing but I know it's not. I think it could be lag, boost leak, running lean, but my best guess is it's something to do with my wastegate. It only used to do it when I was boosting 10+ PSI but now it does it when I'm boosting under that. Does anybody have any ideas what it could be? It's pissing me off.

I'm not positive, wouldn't the check engine light come on if it was missing? And if it is missing how can I fix that problem?
