well gotta sell the SRT, help me decide on next vehicle..

Alright guys heres the deal, due to some recent bad decisions on my behalf (DUI), i need some quick cash. Insurance is fixing to be through the roof, and i am going to sell my srt for hopefully 15k. Im looking for a used car for around 12k. I was thinking mabey a scion Tc or mazda3 hatch, but both cars seem to hold resale value pretty well and may be outta range. Needs to be resonbaly good on gas, and for the price have less than 50k miles. Suggestions anyone???

I have a tC and I love it. It's obviously not as fast as your SRT, but it's got some pull. You should test drive one and see if you like them. I've seen used ones going cheap, but like you said, not in the $12K range.

As for the Avenger, my BF had a '97 Sebring a few years ago. Car cost more each month to keep it running than the car payment, which was $300+ so I know what you're talking about!

Actually my friend/roomate it selling his V6 Tib. Its an auto with not too many miles. Pretty new and still got the warranty. He might even just trade cars. I'll point him your way.
