I bought NOS for the SRT in GT4 but when I hit the R1 button I don't notice anything. Is there a trick that I am missing. If it makes any difference I was using the view where you can see the entire vehicle.
go into your settings for your car.... and use the wrench (the adjustable sign) and up the amount..... it will use it faster, but from what I can tell its almost always best just to have it on the highest setting.... you will notice the difference

"nos".. wow guys have we been watching too much fast and furious?
i believe nos is a company.. and nitrous oxide is the correct term.
Soon or later you will realize that calling it nos is going to become the norm, just like pass me a kleenex. Remember kerosene? That once too was a brand name amongst other things that had the same fate.

Exactly...thank you...I am fully aware that nos is a company. But as a company they were genius in making their name incorporate the product..ie. nitrious oxide, so that way no matter how you refer to it it always comes back to them. So for all of you out there that make that comment...come'on...find something better to complain about.
To the others who suggested what to try in the game...thanks!!
no offense guys, but it was just called nos way before tf&tf... it may not be correct, but hell, everyone knows what you're talking about and only anal retentive ppl make a big deal about it. and besides, the company name NOS stands for nitrous oxide systems anyway.
