I remember those cars.
"Roller crank".
"Nothing happens under seven grand".
"Remember, it was 1964".
All in all, a fun car which would show a clean pair of heals to most other enthusiasts.
Awsome actually, considering the crappy pot-metal Honda used for making everything in those days.
Funny to hear about the problems cause by the previous engine builder.
The sleeve hitting the crank was priceless.
It's always good to hear how someone else's fuck-ups were fixed.
Yep, he's definitly a car nut.
But I think he has a great mechanic too.
And why not, two heads are usually better than one.
o hell ya there are plenty of times i have had issues and im double checking shit and a friend comes along mentions a simple problem and bingo car fixed.
Jay Leno's car are always nothing short of amazing, and I like how he says something to the extent of anyone can go fast in a fast car but to take a slow car and make it do something it is not supposed to is where it is at.
That car sounds plain amazing, it might be slow but I bet it is an absolute blast to drive!

"The Cobalt firmly grabs you and whisks you along your way instantly. It does so with authority and poise, but while slipping relatively unnoticed through traffic, never being violent, or dare I say it, frightening. When you ask the SRT-4 to take you somewhere fast, it punches you in the face, throws you over its shoulder, and runs, screaming, so quickly that its tires can barely keep up."
He is a nice guy, saw him once at dinner in BH. And we talked for almost 3 minutes even tried to get him to buy me and some friends a round of drinks. Was kidding of course, but if you seen his face when he was leaving you would say priceless. Hey Jay ! I'm not a stalker...hehe
