the controversial, but engaging one...

again, not trying to start anything here, but disheartened that it's gone mid-reading.

should have been locked, instead of moved to the unreadable section..

at least that way, the info would still be available.

psi stated something about a company on ebay using ED's FMIC pictures.

then the company in question posted a reply back, clarifying the issue. That they've been selling intercoolers for a long time, and that whoever supplies ED and FMIC will gladly sell it to anybody.. And that the FMIC in question was their design.. Which looks quite similar to both the ED and PSI intercoolers (from the pics, identical).

then it was gone..

Okay, I know a thread can be pruned by post, AGP did that to me the other day in the AGP section (as is their right in there), just leaving the good posts, not anything they percieved as critical. So, the legally questionable stuff can go, and leave the good stuff. Lock it if ya gotta, but do restore it.

There will be more information on this situation very soon. There has been alot of misleading and misinformation.

all insults & emotional arguing aside,

towards the end, was there more empirical info regarding the significance (or lack thereof) for endtank DESIGN?

thanks

So, Ant, I can assume the stuff that might have legal implications will be pruned? As in who's selling whos stuff, which was irrelevant to the discussion, really. When I took a vendors thread off topic, it was pruned to bring it back on.

This is what I would wish for the thread in question. JUST the "who's selling whos' posts, NOTHING ELSE, with PMs to the offending parties to take it wherever it belongs, War Stories, maybe, I don't care, since it's NOT relevant.
