Running low boost you should be able to run that turbo quite nicely. It may run out of steam though once you reach higher boost, since you run a much larger motor then most guys running that turbo.
well, I am in the Pwerks raffle for the 3076 kit.....maybe i'll be blessed and win this setup- someone locally wants the turbo, but they have an evo and I don't think this will merge well with lower displacement even though it's a slightly higher redline. Lag may not make it friendly for his car. I have only started looking at GTO parts- seem very high priced compared to the neon, but this car has potential.

Not at all. I believe they flow about the same as us, or atleast I remember reading from a thread. The fastest street Evo around here runs a GT42R which is a lot bigger. He tuns out a 9.48@154. Florida's fastest Evo. It's an VIII as well, the IX's have the Mivec heads and run much harder, especially up top.

Nah, they're slooooow.
3076 isn't going to handle the CFM on the big end with a 364.
