22-25 MPG around the city in a big ass truck is nice, but I already have a big truck, and a 4x4.. now I just need a commuter that gets good MPG... something that Chrysler doesn't offer AT ALL. The volt, @ $35k in 2010 and supposedly $30k beyond 2011, fits the bill for that need perfectly. I don't drive more than 20 miles let alone 40, so it's PERFECT.
but like I said, show me something from dodge to convince me NOT to buy a volt.
I'd love to hear more about that HEAVILY rumored '100 MPG' Diesel hybrid.

Let you know that the Hybrid tranny that is being pushed for 09 is well worth the wait. Imagine in getting around 22-25MPG [Hemi Gen-2] around the city....gotta love technology.

Hemi, we all appreciate the info you've provided to us throughout the years. You're probably not going to be haning around the SRTForums, so I just wanted to say THANKS!

i saw it too, but i figured the same thing. isn't dodge the most profitable part of chrysler out of dodge/chrysler/jeep? or which one is the best standing financially? (If anybody knows now)

For some reason I want to think Jeep... Even though they have the piece of shit known as the compass.. *sigh* i just cant express the amount of pure hate/disgust i have for that car.
