its possible that the interior could see a quick revision, Cause most of the Challenger was done under Daimler.
Alot depends on how the rest of it looks. just where the radio is and such is whats different right now for all we know. Which is kinda a let down, but it could have been much worse.
^^^ i dont know why dodge still uses those plain white gauges and the center console looks like a caliber . the concept interior looked cool , too bad they didnt keep the same mindset when doing the production challenger .
Looks like a standard Dodge interior to me. What, you guys expect them to stick a special interior in there and keep the costs / price down?
It probably has the new '09 LX/LY interior, and we'll see it move across the platform into the 300 / Charger. And I wouldn't be a bit surprised if it had standard SRT seats, albiet with a different pattern and material.

While the interior isn't anything spectacular, did you all really expect something similar to the concept's interior to make it through to production? I always thought it looked kind of cheesy (at least the instrument cluster and definitely the radio).
The interior pieces such as the gauges and radio are most likely from the 08 LX cars, not the 09. The 08 interior on the LX cars is a refresh new to this year.

From what I have seen the dash is an improvement from the prototype. The proto dash was way too cheesey for me. I expected corpororate the radio and HVAC the cluster and bezel look good. I dont see how they "Fucked it up" unless there are people here that can't afford to buy one making excuses for why they are not getting one.

I did too, it looks like the cluster is similar. Its not like the crossfire where they used a MB radio, its all standard equipment here, not a surprise to me either
Funny how on this site everyone would go nuts when the Acura owners would make fun of the SRT4 interior. Then no one cared about interiors, but now all of the sudden the Challenger's interior (which looks pretty nice to me) is a bid deal.
Overall I am not crazy about the car, but it is a bit too expensive for me anyway and I need 4 doors.
Who the fuck cares about the interior? Is this a fucking BMW site? Jesus! All I care is how good it looks in my driveway and how it performs on the highway. Generally when I'm driving I look out the windshield. I don't sit there and look at the center console or the trim on the inside of the door.
