Yes . But would i buy one ? maybe . the demon would be nice if its the only turbo roadster around when it comes out . when the demon becomes for sale "hopefully" there might be upgraded Soltice and Maybe the Mazdaspeed Miata with supposed 300hp .

I believe 300hp variants of the Sky and Solstice are in the near future. So to answer Hemi's question...
only if the demon represents the best performance bargain i.e. 300hp rwd for less $$ than the Sky Solstice or Miata.
Then again...I've already stated my intention of buying an Aura Redline...assuming its TT & AWD...UNLESS Dodge pulls a turbo awd rally car out of its ass in the next 2-5 years...

Dodge has a lot of work to do IMO. In the past 6 years I've owned 5 Mopars. I'd LOVE to add a sixth to that, and it would most likely be the Challenger. Beyond that, other than a 1999 Viper Blue w/white stripes Viper GTS, I'm not interested much in any other vehicles.. I've driven the Snot out of the SRT-8s, and I'm really hoping they apply new tech to those cars because they can be MUCH better. I think the Challenger, Viper, and SOME of the Jeep lineup is all I'm really interested in anymore. Chrysler has only one product in my want it list, and they're stopping production of that! (SRT-6)
ok, ok, so maybe a nice Cummins Diesel Ram too..

Uh they stopped making the SRT6 back in 05. What do you NOT like about the SRT8s? What new technology do they need to apply? Why do you think the Challenger is going to be that much better? Just asking...

suzqo44, have you ever chopped a pt? I've read reports that they don't no what direction to take with it, maybey you could help? I liked to see it with a more chopped top by making the doors taller like the 300 and slant the front more back from the top more like an old roadster. Thats my idea anyway.
I think what they're having problems with, is the fact that it's purely a niche' vehicle & that it no longer fits Chrysler's design-language.. I'll see what I can do tho. It'll probably end up looking like a caliber with a Chrysler nose though.
edit - one more thing -- i'm pretty sure Foose might have a problem if they used the original design, not to mention Crash ratings for a cloth-top, etc.

Did Foose design the Pronto? And i didnt know it had a cloth top... but i dont mean build it exactly to that concept. I just liked the way it looked vs the way the pt cruiser looks. It was more sporty.

Yeah, I meant the base model Crossfire.. but yeah, the SRT-6 supply was stopped in 2005 such an awesome car to drive
The SRT-8s are great cars, don't get me wrong, but once you get past the hype and the initial impressions, you start to notice the short comings. The pre-programmed slow shifts, the open dif, the ridiculous ESP settings (early '06 and 05s) interior quality is lacking, and these are NOT cheap vehicles. There is more that I'd like to see change, but I wouldn't turn one down, but after all the experience I have driving them, I don't think that I'd buy one.
Why will the Challenger be better? Because if they F-it up, they're really left with only the Viper IMO. The Caliber SRT-4 is such a ridiculous looking hunk of crap that I've lost a bit of faith.
I should mention that I'm a huge fan of the new Viper, the Challenger, and even the 300C SRT-8 still, but I have my issues with the SRT-8 Lineup. There's just too much that they've left out IMO.
