The things that will destroy America are prosperity-at-any-price, peace-at-any-price, safety-first instead of duty-first, the love of soft living, and the get rich quick theory of life.

Great to have suppliers input since they are dealing with 2-3 yrs out but remember things change...things will get tough for the auto industry starting 08 and by 09, things maybe hitting the market allot sooner than we think.
i dunno wtf i saw today -- but it was a coupe, in full 'spy-shot' cladding.. it blew by me so fast i didnt even get a chance to cell-phone shot it unfortunately
Wasn't as big as challenger -- i thought it was an accord-coupe, but that's been revealed already.. so.. i dunno, just thought i'd share. It was on the 5 north, it went up past the 78, between 2 & 3 today.
What I don't understand is why Chrysler is focusing so much on small production performance cars rather than spend their money re redesigning the Avenger and Sebring so they can stay alive.
What makes you think they're not?
Seriously, what's your basis for that statement? You think what you read here is the full picture of everything being done by thousands of Chrysler employees?
Agreed...too many changes are in the work to bring back the heathier side of Chrysler as it was prior to the merger of not equals.

Gas prices, push for "Eco"nomic cars.. and more & more restrictions/guidelines etc. for safety 'n stuff. I expect milage to go down, not up.
No Hyundai in the area however, there is coupe from a local coach builder under test.
Reeling in the profit maybe the offset to make faster changes...expect a recession to hit in 08 and a possible depression by early 09. Hopefully I am wrong...

yes - lets pray you're wrong.
.. hmm, how about a ChryCo coupe of some sort? [problem is, this thing was no where near the design-language of ChryCo; not blocky by any means.
