Fast feedback is pre-released Chrysler employee lease vehicle. It is not a retail sale per se, as Chrysler counts them as so but they are not through a dealer...cheating. If it truely is a fast feedback then I would count it as the first production vehicle but not the first retail sale. He/she must know someone in SRT to get a fast feedback on the SRT though...pump him/her for info. That is how it worked on the original SRT-4 when I was at DCX. A lot of IOUs were cashed in...lol.
Take closer look at the fake frontal snout and I see a shark rake grill.....MB comparo cars have the opposite.
Steve, it's got a VIPER stamp on the rear bumper. It's probably a test mule for the new Chassis.
I see an ER not a VIPER. Could be FirepowER? I can dream right. If I was to get a V8...It's a tough choice between the Charger SRT8, Challenger V8(any), I probably wouldnt be able to afford but I'd take the Firepower over all of them.

I think I remember shortly after seeing that they were considering the concept for production that they wouldn't be able to use the name Firepower
So pretty sure that's the new Viper or like Suzq says, a test mule for a super viper or something
