My brother is looking for a awd because he lives in NY. It snows a lot, the roads are bumpy so he needs soft suspension because he drives an hour each way. He drives around mountains so handaling is needed. He was thinking Mazda speed6, wrx, Magnum, g35 all are awd, but if you have any awd in mind feal free to say.
audi a4 awd. i'll warn you though. once you go german and upmarket, you'll never turn back. they are just leagues ahead of any other car on the market. any german car is, even vw is amazing quality these days(not saying they weren't before)

Eh to each his own. I have long legs and in my cousin's s4 and my a6 i feel like I'm sitting in the back seat. They are definitely leagues beyond the neons interior though.
He was thinking something luxury that he can do few mods intake exhaust...
the 3 series beemers respond really well to intake and exhaust and tune. no need to go 335. too much $$imo, fast, but just not what it could be because bmw could never make it better than the m badges.

i love mine. b6 a4 quattro avante 1.8t. its really a fine car. much better than the srt. only thing i'm not a fan of is i have no fucking clue about the motor and brains. a tune really woke it up. 500 bux for 30hp is a great price. exhaust is big money. borla is the cheapest at about 700 for a cat back. you can plan on spending upwards of 5000 for the top end turbobacks. its incredible. carbonio intake is around 400. but with just a tune and audi tt oem injectors you can outrun a 2.0l wrx. the TIP trans is amazingly smooth. and the only thing you ever have to worry about failing is the timing belt because its an interference engine.

Yeah my b5 a6 has the same motor as the b5 s4's and nothing on the car is cheap. It's crazy how much more parts are especially upgrading the turbo's and such.
